Best Bartender
Dave Boutilier (Cocktails By Boots)
“Humbled to be named Best Bartender in the Best of YMM Awards again! But honestly, bartenders are like cats—liquid, squeezing into places we shouldn’t fit, contorting to grab what we need, all while slinging drinks and keeping the chaos in check. I see myself more as an entertainer and chemist, blending showmanship with mixology to craft cocktails that leave you craving more. Huge thanks to my Chief Tasting Officer, business partner, and wife, Orla—without her, none of this would be possible. And to you, the voters, for the hazy, delicious memories.Cheers!” —Boots
